HolgerHatGarKeineNode 4108ccd808 chore: upgrade spatie/laravel-sluggable to 4.x

3.8.1 → 4.0.2. Our usage (HasSlug trait, SlugOptions::create()
->generateSlugsFrom()->saveSlugsTo()->usingLanguage()) is unchanged
in v4 — none of the breaking changes (skipGenerateWhen, $slugOptions
cache, Sluggable→SelfHealing facade) apply.

Test suite: 207 passing, 10 preexisting failures unchanged.
