Implements the Title Card scene with:
- Typing animation for "EINUNDZWANZIG PORTAL" title
- Blinking cursor during typing effect
- Subtitle fade-in animation after title completes
- Audio integration with typing and ui-appear sounds
- Background glow and vignette effects
